Our Floor Associates provide Office Assistant Services that are geared to suit our clients’ needs.  First Executive Centre prides itself on providing excellent client service and accommodating our clients in every way possible.  As a result of client feedback and preferences, First Executive Centre continually adjusts the services it provides.  Our business centre is always looking to improve and offer our clients what they need to help make their day in the office as convenient as possible. There is a Floor Associate on each of our floors in First Canadian Centre. Each Floor Associate is responsible for all of the administrative tasks and the day-to-day activities on their floor.

Services Made Easy

Our Floor Associates are adept at providing all necessary Office Assistant Services.  They have the ability to multi-task and work independently; among other things, they ensure the cleanliness of the common areas, including the kitchen facilities and meeting and conference rooms; they handle all of the incoming and outgoing mail; and they report all necessary office repairs with our building maintenance.  They also follow up with maintenance to ensure the required repairs are accomplished in a timely manner.  Our Floor Associates have a great deal of experience in client service and have excellent interpersonal skills. They are efficient, well organized, and proficient with all office equipment and computer programs.  Our Floor Associates demonstrate dedication to producing quality work and they pay close attention to detail when completing tasks and assignments.  They interact courteously in person, by telephone and via email. It is important at First Executive Centre to maintain a professional environment and our Floor Associates certainly add to that dynamic in the workplace.  They are excellent at building relationships with clients, co-workers, and guests.
