The Details

First Executive Centre offers conference facilities, meeting rooms, and workspace options- all in different sizes and equipped with different technological options.  We have big and small boardrooms which are available to all of our clients, regardless of their floor.  However, clients are asked to please use the boardrooms and meeting rooms on their floor before booking a room on another floor. The boardrooms are booked on a first-come first-serve basis; therefore, meetings should be booked as soon as possible. However, if you need to book a last minute meeting, your Floor Associate will be more than happy to assist you in finding the best room suitable to your needs.

All of our boardrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and land phones. Our small meeting rooms are more intimate and are ideal for private meetings or interviews. The large rooms, on the other hand, feature meeting space and technology that are designed for large business meetings that require complex technology.  These rooms have equipment such as video conferencing, TV screens, and computer screens that are well-suited for presentations.

Outside Clients

If you are not a First Executive Centre client, but require boardroom usage, we can arrange a daily or weekly special to accommodate your needs.  Please contact us to discuss our boardroom renting options.  We also provide various workspace options by the day or week- whatever suits your needs!  Please come in for a tour of our facilities to see what First Executive Centre can do for you!
