The Details

Our telephones are answered on-site by our full-time Floor Associates.  Telephone answering certainly plays a large role in our Floor Associates’ daily duties.  We are therefore committed to providing a telephone answering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Our Floor Associates answer all incoming calls on-site, in our two downtown Calgary locations.  Calls can be forwarded directly to a client’s cell phone, home phone, or business phone- whatever is more convenient for the client.  The Floor Associate answers a client’s call with a personalized greeting of the client’s choice.  Our Floor Associates are multi-lingual so they can accommodate a broader range of clients and assist more people.  Calls are answered between the hours of 8am to 5pm Mondays through Thursdays, and from 8am to 4:30pm on Fridays.

We have full-time on-site IT, and we are constantly striving to update our equipment to provide our clients with the latest cutting-edge technology.  We not only provide excellent and trustworthy service, but we also use advanced equipment paired with the latest technology.  In doing so, First Executive Centre is able to stay contemporary while minimizing technological issues so that we can continue to meet our clients’ business needs and help their businesses run smoothly.  Among other things, our telephone system is capable of the following: personal voicemail, call forwarding, mobile extension, hot desking, voicemail to email transfer, and name/number display.  Internal procedures have been created to provide the highest level of client satisfaction through constant testing and evaluations of our equipment and telephony system.  First Executive Centre believes that providing consistent and reliable services is essential to our clients and their businesses, and that is why we are constantly striving to better serve our clients’ needs.
